Your order has to be paid in full before it is sent for delivery.
The following payment options are available so that you can choose one that’s most convenient for you:
1. Credit cards VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Diner’s Club.
Credit card payments are handled by the processing center of «Russkiy Standart» - our partner bank - using secure SSL-connection with 256-bit encryption which ensures absolute safety and confidentiality of your payment data. After you have been transferred to the processing center website, you will be offered to select the type of the credit card. Then you will be asked to enter your credit card number, its expiration date and the CVV/CVC code (3-4-digit code shown on the back of your credit card following your credit card number). The credit card number should be entered without spaces. After you have entered all the required credit card information, please click on the «Pay» button and wait for the next page to load. This next page will show the results of your credit card authorization. The message confirming successful authorization will mean that your payment is accepted and your order will be delivered as requested. In case of an authorization failure please contact us or your bank for details on why your bank has declined to charge your credit card. You will also receive an email with a copy of your order and the authorization results.
2. Payment via Paypal.
With Paypal – the international payment system – the security of your payments is guaranteed (as well as with credit cards) and your transfers are protected with the Paypal Buyer Protection program.
3. Online payment via WebMoney.
If you have an electronic account with Webmoney and a pre-installed Webmoney Keeper program, you can send money online via this electronic payment system. Our WMID is 369735367337.
8. Cash transfer systems - Western Union.
Send your payment via globally known cash transfer systems.

Order delivery
The fee for delivering your order to any city from our city list is 10 USD.
Attention! Same day delivery is available only if the order is placed and paid for by the Client before 12:00 local time in the destination city. In any other circumstances the order will be delivered next day. Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee delivery within the time frame specified by the Client. Delivery can occur either during the first or the second half of the day and the time of delivery is coordinated with the Recipient!
All orders for flower and gift delivery or for arranging any services come to our head office in Ekaterinburg. Round-the-clock customer support ensures timely order processing and real-time response to customers’ inquiries.
After your order has been processed at our head office it is redirected to our partner who is located in the destination city and who will be delivering your order to the recipient. Our partners include flower shops and stores employing highly skilled florists, local delivery companies and festive agencies, supermarkets, etc.
We recommend placing your order at least 3 days before the specified delivery date but if needed, we will do our best to deliver your order on the very same day.
If the Client has specified the Recipient’s phone number, we give him a call to schedule the time of delivery. If no phone is present or if the Recipient doesn’t answer our calls, we send him a telegram with a request to call us back and also leave a note with the same request in the door to the recipient’s apartment and in his mailbox.
In case the Recipient is not present when we deliver at the previously agreed time, we have the right to leave the order on his doorstep or with the neighbors.
